🛑 Sending controls
Master switch for campaign & automation email only (price-drop, welcome and account emails are unaffected). Same controls as the Campaigns page — changing them here changes them everywhere.

🧪 Admin-only test mode
While ON, campaign & automation emails go only to admins — everyone else is skipped. (Test-sends to a typed address still work as normal.)
