Refund & Cancellation Policy

Cancellation

You can cancel your Premium membership at any time from your account settings or by emailing us. When you cancel:

Your subscription will not renew at the end of the current term.
You keep Premium access through the end of the term you already paid for.

Refunds

Premium is a low-cost annual membership. Because access is provided for the full term you purchase:

We generally do not provide prorated refunds for the remainder of a current term after you cancel — you simply retain access until it ends.
We will refund a duplicate or accidental charge, or a renewal you contact us about within 14 days, provided the benefit hasn’t been substantially used.
If we materially fail to provide the Service, contact us and we’ll make it right.

How to request

Email mike@royalpricetracker.com from the address on your account, with the charge date and amount. Approved refunds are returned to your original payment method through Stripe and may take a few business days to appear.
