By creating an account or using Royal Price Tracker (the “Service”), you agree to these Terms. If you don’t agree, don’t use the Service.
Royal Price Tracker monitors publicly available cruise, cabin, and add-on prices (primarily Royal Caribbean and Celebrity) and notifies you of price drops by email and/or SMS. Some features let you request or manage bookings through third-party providers. We are an independent tool and are not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by any cruise line.
You’re responsible for the accuracy of your account information and for activity under your account. Keep your sign-in method secure.
Auto-renewal notice. Premium is a paid subscription that automatically renews at the end of each term (e.g., annually) at the then-current price, charged to your payment method through Stripe, until you cancel. You authorize these recurring charges when you subscribe.
Prices come from third parties and change constantly. We don’t guarantee that any price, drop, availability, or savings shown is accurate, current, or will remain available, and we’re not responsible for third-party pricing, bookings, or fulfillment. Always confirm details directly with the provider before purchasing.
Don’t misuse the Service — including scraping beyond normal use, interfering with its operation, attempting unauthorized access, or using it unlawfully.
The Service, its content, and branding are owned by us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.
Reviews, ratings & feedback. If you submit a review, rating, testimonial, or other feedback about Royal Price Tracker, you grant us a perpetual, irrevocable, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, display, adapt, and publish it — in whole or in part, with or without your first name and last initial — for any purpose, including marketing and promoting the Service (for example, on our website, emails, and social media). We may edit for length or clarity without changing the substance, and we will not publish your email address or full name. You represent that your submission is truthful and your own. If you’d like a published review removed, contact us at mike@royalpricetracker.com and we’ll use reasonable efforts to do so.
The Service is provided “as is” and “as available,” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost savings, profits, or data. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
We may suspend or terminate access for violations of these Terms or to protect the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. (Confirm preferred venue/state.)
We may update these Terms; continued use after changes means you accept them.
